Loan Default

Liquidation

If you are unable to pay your bills and must default on your loan - that's okay. The principal will be liquidated and returned to the lending pool. After liquidation, all remaining funds are no longer at custody of X7 Finance smart contracts. This allows market participants to continue buying and selling, while also protecting the ecosystem's lending pool assets.
